How do I care for my jewelry

Will the gold plating fade?
We are always striving to provide the best quality items. We therefore only use (gold plated) stainless steel and real pearls.
✿ Our gold/silver rings, steel necklaces, steel bracelets and earrings are made from a (gold plated) stainless steel base. The gold plating will last up to at least two years with proper care. Your skin won't turn green and the items won't rust. Silver items won't ever tarnish, rust or turn your finger green.
✿ The gold and silver details (clasp/locks/chains) on our pearly items are made from a stainless steel base. The silver details won't ever change of colour. The gold details are made from double gold plated stainless steel. The gold plating from the clasps only might fade overtime.
I have a sensitive skin, can I wear your jewelry?
Yes! Our jewelry is made from stainless steel and is hypoallergenic, so you can easily wear our pieces.
Is it possible to gift wrap?
Orders are not shipped with any documentation of monetary value, so gift recipients don't see the cost of goods. Items come on a cute card and/or in a beautiful velvet pouch. We unfortunately do not offer any additional gift-wrapping at this moment.

Will I incur taxes and duties?
If you live in a country that is a member of the European Union, then no.
If you live outside the EU: As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied to the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. LORI-LORI will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs.
Payment of these fees is buyer responsibility and is determined by the customs agency of the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot control these fees.
How long will it take to process my order?
We ship your lovely order within 1 business day.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within The Netherlands takes up to 1-2 business days*.
Shipping within the European Union, will take 2-10 business days*.
Shipping outside of the European Union, will take 10-20 business days*.
*This is an indication and we can NOT be held accountable for delays because of DHL and PostNL.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an e-mail once your order is shipped out with a tracking code.
Do you deliver to pick-up points or parcel shops?
No. We are unable to ship your order to a parcel shop or a pick-up point. You are responsible for filling in a valid shipping address.
What is your Pre-Order policy?
We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to pre-order. Please read our pre-order policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions associated with pre-ordering.
Pre-Order policy:
- Pre-orders are available for select jewelry items that are labeled as "pre-order" on our website.
- Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your pre-order.
- The estimated shipping date for pre-ordered items will be specified on the product page.
- Pre-orders can not be cancelled, however you can still follow our general return policy.
- Pre-ordered items will be shipped on or around the estimated shipping date.
- If your order contains multiple items and at least one of them is a pre-order, all items will be shipped together on the pre-order date.
My package got lost or stolen, what do I have to do?
Kindly note that once the courier scans your package, it is no longer our responsibility if the package is delayed, lost or stolen. If the package never arrived and got lost in transit, and the tracking code marks it as missing, we will send you a replacement or store credit with the total order value.
✿ LORI-LORI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
✿LORI-LORI is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout.
✿ We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are lost or returned to us due to an error in the address provided.
Oops, I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately to change your details. If your item has already been shipped, we can not change or re-route your product and you will not be eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility for the customer to ensure all details are correct before purchase.
My order is returned to sender, what do I do?
Packages returned to us due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts or due to an insufficient address or any reason beyond our control will be issued a store credit (less initial and return shipping fees).
Returned parcels can be reshipped at customer request, however, a new shipping fee will incur.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it or modify the shipment/order. Our warehouse tries to pack orders as quickly as possible - within a timeframe of 30 minutes. We are therefore unable to cancel your order.
Can I return an item?
Yes you can, with an exception to: earrings / clip on earrings and hair accesoires. Please send an e-mail to support@lori-lori.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. You have to return your items within 30 days of receipt.
Do you offer warranty on your items?
LORI-LORI is happy to offer a 2 year warranty* on all pieces, if the care-guide is followed correctly. To begin a warranty claim, email us with your order #, photos (without photos, we can't help you) and a clear description of the damage. The warranty claim must be initiated immediately after noticing something is wrong. If the replacement piece is out of stock, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the amount initially paid for the item.
*We do not warrant: broken wire or chain; chipped, cracked or broken pearls and beads; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidized or on which clasp's plating is fading - we do warrant rings and stainless steel items on which the plating has faded within 180 days. Follow the care guide to prevent any of the above.
